Step #20

It was deserved rest week.
One training session per day. Few long runs and only two orienteering sessions. One of them was "Stockholm Mila By Night".
9.5km, 53:47, +8:14. Wasn't totally recovered but I was glad about the result in such "running course".
To the first control I tried to be close to the line and not only fallow the others. Little stressed to the second control after loosing lamp and direction mistake to the 4th control. Then bad route choice to #10 where I passed twice the swamp while the others took the road around. Again direction mistake to #14 and stopping too early for the 18th control. And then something about 4km road running with simple orienteering. Finished in the highest position which I had during all course. That means the biggest problem (as one good friend of mine would say "challenge") is still the beginning of the course.
Trust and self confidence - that's what I need at the start line!
