Step nb. #4

It was Step forward with no doubts..
Week started with little recovery after weekend competitions. I felt fine on monday, but on tuesday..
I have noticed that first day after long training I feel good, but second day is really heavy. No energy at all and legs are like stony.
Anyway I had nice orienteering in nice terain near Baltic sea. Big thanks to Micke for that! But next two days were rainy. Not my favorite weather, but the best for tempo running.
On the weekend I had big competition in the north of Stockholm. Thanks to Sverker! Traveling started already on friday, so in the evening I tried new type of training for me. I took a ride with a bike around Garpenberg (80min, 24km). Enjoyed it a lot. Maybe it's time to buy a bike..?
On Saturday I had a long distance which was really demanding for me(picture). I made too much mistakes and lost a lot. But as I understood, sometimes this is necessary for making big Step forward.
The middle on Sunday was better, but still with mistakes probably starting because of the same reason...
But I am happy about this weekend , it helped me.
All in all 6h18min running; 4h5min orienteering; 30min body building and even 1h20min biking.
