Ok, this was so called first week and I feel like ready to start training! :) Nice and challenging 5hours of map reading, Hellas Mastloppet competition and 7hours of running(most of it trail running).
Afterall speed is missing both in map reading and in running. Mistakes comes mostly at control attacking moment, maybe because I get too much into details before the control... Will improve that!
At the end of the week felt little tired in legs (Sweden effect :)) And the long trainings fighting started allready after 80min. Someone turned on extra gravity...
